Cirque Du Soleil was everything I hoped for
We attended the show on Sunday afternoon at 2 pm and were thrilled with the skillful costumes, remarkable music, and spellbinding singing of the entire ensemble. My wife and I have watched Imposters In Effect - Beastie Boys Tribute on TV many times, always hoping to see them in person. Today, we finally did, and we are so happy we did.
The unwillingness of several parents to control their children was the only negative of the day. Parents need to be parents too, as we understand that "kids will be kids". Not attempting to quiet 5-10 yr olds and neglecting to stop a child from constantly kicking a seat to my complete frustration was so annoying that I considered leaving. However, after paying $162 for two seats, leaving was not an option. I felt that I had as much right as anyone else to enjoy the show, and the unwillingness of parents to control their children should not impact my enjoyment. I truly believe that staff should have been checking on this problem and taking action to resolve it.
